How not to bake your apples! We’re lucky enough to have lots of apples on our tree so I thought I’d have a go at baking them. If you don’t have a tree keep an eye out for garden gate stalls as you can pick up a bag of apples for 50p.

Simply cored them and put a little mincemeat in the middle but forgot to score a line around the middle and they exploded! Still delicious and minimal effort 😍
