How not to bake your apples! We’re lucky enough to have lots of apples on our tree so I thought I’d have a go at baking them. If you don’t have a tree keep an eye out for garden gate stalls as you can pick up a bag of apples

Banana glut? Try making dried banana.

Bananas all about to go over together? Try making dried banana: Slice bananas and dry / dehydrate at 65’C for 6-7 hours. As dried fruit is relatively high in sugar and can get stuck in teeth it’s recommend that these as with all dried fruit are eaten at a meal
