Squash & sage, prawn, chicken & chorizo risotto topped with a squeeze of lemon, drizzle of olive oil and finely grated Parmesan.
Got back quite late last night so really thankful to arrive home to this.
My hubby uses the @jamieoliver basic risotto recipe and then adds to it. Initially I thought he’d gone a bit overboard with the number of ingredients but they all cane together to give a great blend of taste and texture. 😍
As with all sausage type foods the chorizo is at a minimum quartered across the circular side to reduce the choking risk.
