Yummy, I’m like daddy. I like squash too with Uncle Tom.’

I wonder what they think daddy does when he goes to play squash with Tom..?! 😂 either way I’m pleased that it’s got them eating squash again! This one was simply roasted whole and has been enjoyed as a side for yesterday’s roast chicken and in today’s salad. It’s really versatile and rustling really brings out a deliciously sweet flavour.
