Week night tea: Bread pizzas

Lightly toast the bread or grill one side.

Simple base – 50:50 tomato purée to pesto.

We often use little bowls or piles on the chopping board of various topping eg mushrooms, sweet corn, olives, peppers, pineapple, cooked meat for the kids to sprinkle on their own toppings.

Then grated cheddar & slice of mozzarella (if we have it in) to top.

Under the grill until cheese starts to go golden.

Serve with extra toppings (eg sweet corn) & other salad veggies.
