How do you show your appreciation? 

Letting others know that you appreciate them can be a really powerful thing. Sometimes you can be surrounded by people but still feel lonely, yet other times you might be on your own but still feel connected. 
Feeling ‘part of something’ is really important for our overall wellbeing. 
Today is supposed to be ‘blue Monday’ so I’d like you to take a moment and think of someone that you can tell how much you appreciate them. 
It’s so easy to be busy with life and assume that all of those wonderful people know how much you appreciate them. They might, but it never hurts to tell them again! 
These beautiful flowers were given to me last week and every time I look at them I smile. The lovely vase was also a gift from another wonderful friend. 

Although I do like chocolate it’s even better to have a non-food gift, especially at this time of year 😂 and these flowers last a lot longer than a sweet treat! #feelingverylucky
