Strawberry porridge 3 ways – enjoying yesterday’s pick your own adventure 🍓💖 

Strawberries are not only delicious at this time of year but they’re packaged full of the antioxidant vitamin C & dietary fibre. 

Fibre is really important for bowel and gut health. Here the combination of oats (starchy carbohydrate, soluble fibre & proven to be beneficial in controlling cholesterol levels), and milk & yoghurt which are great sources of calcium and protein.

The whole family had a great day out doing ‘pick your own’ at Trevaskis Farm yesterday 💖👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👨‍👩‍👧‍👧👫🚶🏻 (there were lots of us!). I hope you all had a great Fathers Day too.
