Pork schnitzel 

How to make this yummy schnitzel:

Bash a pork steak with a rolling pin until it’s very thin. 

Dip into seasoned flour (we used just pepper). 

Dip into a bowl of beaten egg (2 eggs for 4 steaks). 

Dip into a bowl of crushed crackers (1/2-1 packet small crackers) seasoned with mixed herbs and paprika (if you like spice a little cayenne pepper is delicious but we left out as eating with the babies). 

Fry on a medium heat in a little oil. Served with new potatoes and veggies.

If you cut thin slices across the grain of the meat it makes a lot easier for little mouths.
