This is a light and fresh tasting dish from last week which was a big hit.
Steamed fish (this was ling but it really doesn’t matter – just use what you have / fancy), grilled (leftover) mashed potatoes & stir fried veggies.
For the veggies we finely sliced the sprouts, julienned the carrots and stir fried with garlic, ginger, sesame oil & the zest & juice of 1/2 a lemon. Quick, in season and delicious 😋
Top tip: If your little one will struggle with the veggies just stir fried then give them a quick steam first.
