Ham with parsley sauce
Served with new potatoes, green beans & the tops of the purple sprouting broccoli. Both girls had a little more ham than pictured π This was followed by chunks of watermelon π; now a family favourite!
We cooked a ham in the pressure cooker & served warm.
This is a great way of having a yummy tea & prepping for the week. We use the left over ham as cold meat during the week & in cooking e.g risotto, omelette and quiche.
