Yes this porridge contains a portion of veg!
Sometimes there can be a lot of confusing messages out there around nutrition including portion sizes. So today I thought I’d add what this bowl of yumminess provides. In addition to the portion of veg already mentioned there’s a portion of fruit, 1&1/2 portions of milk products and a portion of starchy carbohydrates. Got more info there’s a really useful portion guide for toddlers on the BNF website. 
Some days getting your 5-a-day in can be a little more challenging and so this carrot cake porridge is a great ‘make a head’
