Spag Bol – great for the freezer

You can’t beat a Spag Bol for a family after work tea. Especially if you’ve made a big batch up and frozen!!

I made this with lean beef mince, onions, garlic and peppers from the freezer and passatta, tomato purée, mixed herbs & kidney beans from the cupboard so this is a great one for when you’ve not been shopping in a while.

Adding lots of veggies to the meat makes it a more balanced meals without having to have lots of pots on the go #lesswashingup

Serve with some spaghetti (I broke in half the girls tend to suck them in too far!), a little grated cheese and a little ripped fresh basil as we had some on the window sill. The girls both love eating wiggly spaghetti!
