Cottage cheese is a great high protein and low fat food. I have the full fat version though as I find it so much tastier & satisfying so I’m not searching for something else ‘because I had the low fat cheese’! The protein gives a feeling of satiety that you don’t get from a perky carby food to help me feel fuller for longer.
The grapes are quartered as my girls love both cottage cheese and grapes and best of all whatever I’m eating! By quartering the grapes for me I don’t need to worry about the choking risk to them when the eat mine 😋
