Cooking up a storm in the mud kitchen. Or should I say cooking in the mud kitchen in the middle of a storm?! 

After a beautiful walk in the blue bell woods with my friend a ‘little’ concerned about the creaking trees the winds got even stronger and trees started falling down. As we were told the gardens were closing a couple of slates left one of the roofs. 

That’s when the adventure began as a tree fell across the path behind us narrowly missing another couple. Then in the car it seemed like in every direction there were trees across the road. 
Thankfully one way was clear (the complete opposite direction from the way home). A ‘slight’ detour and we’re out of the woods.
