Incorporating activity into your day

Can you spy my wheelbarrow? I may have gotten carried away with my garden clearance… 

You don’t need to go to a structured exercise class or for a run to be active! 

Current recommendations for adults is to be active for 180 minutes every week. 

This might be pushing your buggy at a swift pace or putting some enthusiasm when hoovering, and remember to pull in your core to make the most of whatever you’re doing and this will help your back 😀
