Pumpkin soup (with sage, bacon & apple) for lunch here. Topped with a little grated smoked cheese and served with some crusty bread.
Soup is a great way of getting loads of veggies in. Try to use lots of herbs and spices rather than salt or stick cubes (choose low salt when using stock cubes or they can contain a lot of salt).
My two are struggling with the time change at mealtimes so had filled up on the bread before the soup was ready so there’s plenty left for another day!
