When you decide to enjoy the sunshine with your family rather than go food shopping..! Eating from the store cupboard and freezer 😋

A quick pitta bread pizza (1/2 pitta for each girl) with tomato purée covered in chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olives, antipasti peppers, ham & a sprinkle of grated cheese (the last two are the remnants of the fridge). Quickly under the grill and served with sweet corn.

I had meant to put the sweet corn on the pizza but forgot, a happy accident as it meant we had a full portion of veggies whereas it’d just have been a sprinkle on top of the pizza.

I was mindful that thus could have turned into quite a salty meal so used just a little ham, cheese and chopped olives.
