Frozen berries are a great way of having delicious fruit that doesn’t go off. You can use just the amount that you need so less waste and they’re cheaper (especially the value mixes like this one!), but most importantly they’re so good for you. Berries tend to be some of the lower sugar fruits yet are still packed full of great vitamins.
This is my bowl. The girls have the same fruits on their usual porridge, yoghurt mix. Just make sure you squish up & cut any big &/or round fruits that could be a choking risk
